Join us for our fall Club Power!
This group fitness class incorporates plate loaded weights in a set routine pre-choreographed to great music. The three month routine allows you to increase your weight every 3–4 weeks. By increasing weight at this rate the body doesn’t have a chance to acclimate or plateau, resulting in a toned, strong, strength endurance physique. Club Power is a challenging full-body workout.

Hydrorider

Aqua Cycle Your Way to Fitness!

Sundays, 9:15am–10:15am
Mondays, 8am–9am

Please arrive at class 15 minutes before class for bike setup

$35/ten-session package, $5/drop-in

The Hydrorider is a unique stationary aquatic bike that allows users to pedal while immersed in water, providing
you with all the fitness benefits of the aquatic environment.

Use water buoyancy to your advantage to get stress-free training for the joints and low back, resulting in less back and knee injuries.

All fitness levels welcome!

  • Water shoes required. No sandals or bare feet.
  • Must sign up 24 hours in advance.

Run Club

Begins Friday, May 14th
2nd & 4th Friday of each month
7am
$3/member, $5/non-member

This program helps improve the runner’s long distance endurance and pace. Run length is 4.5–6.5 miles. Runs include hill training, track work and long distance runs.

Raman Khoshabeh
Raman’s a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is a Registered Massage Therapist. He has been a Holistic Health Practitioner since 1998. He has worked with chiropractors, acupuncturists, osteopaths and orthopedic surgeons.

Kathleen McCabe
Kathleen trained to be a Massage Technician at the International Professional School of Body Work in San Diego and began her practice in 1992. She’s a Reiki Master, knows Jin Shin Do and has integrated Rolfing into her style of deep reconstructing body work. She’s also a Holistic Health Practitioner from the Academy of Health working with amateur and professional athletes, triathletes, marathon runners and weekend warriors.

Outdoor Bootcamp

Adjust swiftly to different terrain, inclines, declines, obstacles and climates. Improve your:

About the instructor:
Olga Kutsanova has taught group fitness classes for 10 years and is AFFA certified. Her classes focus on sports-inspired choreography, muscular endurance training and instruction/motivation to make each class feel like your own personal training session.
