Join us for our fall Club Power!
This group fitness class incorporates plate loaded weights in a set routine pre-choreographed to great music. The three month routine allows you to increase your weight every 3–4 weeks. By increasing weight at this rate the body doesn’t have a chance to acclimate or plateau, resulting in a toned, strong, strength endurance physique. Club Power is a challenging full-body workout.

Join us for this fun, energetic, and incredible workout. Tae Bo Fitness combines the speed of boxing, the discipline of martial arts, and the rhythm of dance. Private and semi private sessions also available.

Mondays, 6pm–7pm or 7am–8am
Wednesdays, 6am–7am or 7am–8am
Saturdays, 8am–9am

member:
$120/series (once a week), $220/series (twice a week), $25/drop-in

non-member:
$180/series (once a week), $300/series (twice a week), $35/drop-in

Kettlebell Circuit provides high intensity training that has you achieving your maximum level of performance in just 45 minutes. This effective kettlebell class incorporates power, strength and cardio conditioning all into one routine!
