This group fitness class incorporates plate loaded weights in a set
routine pre-choreographed to great music. The three month routine allows
you to increase your weight every 3–4 weeks. By increasing weight at
this rate the body doesn’t have a chance to acclimate or plateau,
resulting in a toned, strong, strength endurance physique. Club Power is
a challenging full-body workout.

TRXtreme the Next Level of Intensity
Begins September 8th

Combining the functionality of the TRX with the conditioning of agility training, TRXtreme takes your fitness to the next level. TRX is a suspension training system that utilizes your own body weight as resistance. The use of bodyweight minimizes the stresses on joints while providing as much or as little resistance as desired. Agility training improves overall performance and coordination for everyday activities.
TRXtreme is appropriate for all skill levels and newcomers are strongly encouraged.

Women's Triathon Training Camp

Four-time Ironman Triathlon competitor and personal trainer Kathi Potts leads this comprehensive triathlon training camp through vigorous swim, bike, run and gym workouts in preparation for the US Women’s Triathlon in San Diego. Choose between a sprint (.75K swim, 20K bike and 5K run) or a super sprint (.375K swim, 10K bike and 2.5K run). Either way, it’s a fun team building experience to share with your Frog’s Fitness friends. Put on your team colors and show everyone what you’re made of!

Club Circuit

Club Circuit is a time efficient, high energy circuit training regimin. Training starts with a dynamic warm up and core training, followedby 40 minutes of intense exercise. All club equipment is utilized and each session varies. Circuit training stations alternate between muscle groups which allows one muscle to rest while the next is used. This benefit of variability challenges the skills of the participant. Club Circuit trainings are coached by a Personal Trainer in groups of three–seven. Club Circuit is powered by group motivation.

Frog's Fight Club Train Like a Fighter

Join Johnny Archer, a Shorinji Kempo Karate Black Belt, for this fast paced and intense mixed martial arts (MMA) fitness program. Bringing together the aerobic conditioning of kickboxing with the strength developing drills of MMA, Johnny shows you what it’s like to truly workout. This is a class for all skill levels with the desire to improve their overall fitness.

Power Kranking: Power Kranking is a 30-minute training session utilizing the Krankcycle.

Rock Climbing Certification
Learn to climb the rock wall on your own time with this new program!
$30/individually booked training course
Learn how to climb, belay, set up the wall, secure harnesses and all other safety measures. Certification time varies depending on previous rock climbing experience. Upon course completion, you’ll receive a card allowing you to check out equipment from the service desk to climb on your own! Usage by certified members is free. At least two adults who have completed the course must be at the wall.
