At Frog’s Fitness, we encourage active play to help set the platform towards a healthy lifestyle. Our certified Playcare specialists work to develop motor skills, boost confidence and enhance self-expression. Camps, group fitness classes, lessons and creative arts are just a few of our youth offerings.

Playcare Hours
Mondays–Thursdays: 8am–1pm & 3:30pm–7:30pm
Fridays–Saturdays: 8am–1pm
Sundays: 8:15am–12pm
Playcare Drop-off
Tuesdays-Thursdays & Saturdays, 8am–1pm
$6/first child
$10/second child
$3/each additional child
Drop your kids off in Playcare so that you can run errands, catch a movie, go to the doctors, or take some time to yourself.
For children ages 6 months–12 years old. Please have a drop-off waiver on file in Playcare.
Birthday Parties
Our birthday parties are filled with lots of fun for kids and are convenient and easy for parents. Parties include up to three of these high-voltage organized events: swimming, basketball, dance, soccer, volleyball, cheer, tennis and obstacle courses.
Basic Party (two hours)
$100/1–10 kids, $7/additional kid
Ages 4–14 years old
- Parent-led party
- Two picnic benches & the pool for two hours
- Choice of two organized events
- Table coverings provided
- Party attendant & party supplies not provided
Deluxe Party (two hours)
$150/1–10 kids, $10/additional kid
Ages 4-14 years old
- Choice of two organized events
- Table coverings & party attendant provided
- Assist in party set-up & clean-up
- Party supplies not provided
Extreme Party (three hours)
$200/1–10 kids, $15/additional kid
Ages 4–14 years old
- Choice of three organized events
- Party attendant, party supplies, pizza (two slices/child) & soda provided
- Party is decorated in primary colors & birthday themes. Specific themes not provided.
- Assist in party set-up & clean-up
- The final child count must be submitted one week prior to party
Playcare Party (two hours)
$150/1–10 kids, $10/additional kid Ages 2–4 years old
- Use of our Playcare facility including play structure
- Table coverings provided
- Party attendant & party supplies not provided
Scheduling & Guidelines
- Parties are held only on Saturdays or Sundays
- Parties must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance
- Parties are limited to 20 children with no exceptions
- All parties require a $25 non-refundable reservation fee
